The Rock Around The Clock (or just The Rock Around)
      The Jitterbug Palace
      Scat Cat’s Dive Bar
Bugle Boy’s Boogie Woogie (reference to Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy)
The Rat’s Nest (in reference to The Rat Pack, & also to the rats used to make women’s hairdos in the 1940s)
I’ve only just finished the first Pineapple Port book (& I LOVED it!), but I’m thinking if she owns a club, Jackie must be a music buff, & would name her club after a popular song or band (like calling it Crickets, after Buddy Holly and The Crickets, but maybe that’s a little obtuse?)…

“Smooth Cayenne” Pineapple type but think you could play with the words–pepper them that way.
