Laugh out loud funny; woke my husband out of a sound sleep once… – S. Bollinger There aren’t too many books where I can actually say that I laughed aloud, this is one. The characters are awesome, a combination of funny, quirky, lovable and beyond goofy. Being that it’s a such a funny read, I was pleasantly surprised that there were twists and turns that I didn’t see coming. I cannot wait for more in this series. – A.C.S “Anca” This is a delightful read! Well developed characters, wonderfully written story. I truly enjoyed this book and will be watching for the next Pineapple book! This won me over. Well done! – Lois Plarinos If you read and liked Pineapple Lies, try my romantic comedy Slightly Stalky! If you like urban fantasy, there’s always Angeli – and Cherub – Angeli Book Two will be out in about a month! I absolutely love the setting of a young girl growing up in an over-55 retirement complex. What a novel ( no pun intended) idea. Characters were great, mystery was well-done and the romance was spot-on. Can’t wait to read the rest of Amy’s books. 0 likes Reply Amy Vansant May 18, 2015 Thank you so much for the kind words! It’s based on my mother-in-law’s place – Though strangely I had the idea before she moved there. I must be a little psychic! 0 likes Reply Madam June 3, 2015 I finished Pineapple Lies yesterday and I really enjoyed it . . .the wig scene in the car had me laughing my tootsie off. Great characters and I look forward to the next tale. My name is Charlotte and I’m known as Char. 0 likes Reply Amy Vansant June 4, 2015 Thank you! My mother is Charlotte “Char” 🙂 The wig scene happened to my husband’s grandmother. She was the one with the wig! I can easily relate to your charming characters and love the slightly-strange off-beat story lines. And I love the fact that we can reach out to our favorite authors and say how much we enjoy their books. Just keep writing! I’m reading Angeli soon and will another fix before long. (and, yes, it is all about me) 0 likes Reply Amy Vansant July 1, 2015 Thanks for stopping by and the kind words! If you like Angeli the second book in that series “Cherubim” is out and I’m about half done the next Pineapple, so I’ll try not to let you down! 🙂 0 likes Reply Leave a Reply Cancel Reply Your email address will not be published.CommentName* Email* Website Add me to Amy Vansant's Humor Newsletter!
