Actually your horse looks much better than mine, I thought it was quite good 🙂 I always envied people who could even make stick figures look good. Mine just look like pickup sticks dropped from 5 feet!!

I loved the column. That is, right up until your grade school artistic FEMALE nemesis became “Doodle BOY”. Guess I’d better watch out for falling anvils. 😉

I noticed that… but Doodle Girl just doesn’t sound as good somehow… at the end it is just a call out to all you damn people who can draw! 🙂

I’ve drawn that horse about 7 million times. It doesn’t get any better… you’re one of those damn doodle boys aren’t you…

Sure there is the “talent” factor when it comes to drawing, however persistence kicks the crap out of talent any day of the week. Drawing is an acquired skill (like math or shoplifting), so if you persist you will get better.

You CAN draw! Those are all clearly identifiable figures, with detail and color and everything. Besides, all the best artists have plans, if not to bonk on the head, at least to burn down the studios of the competition.

You’re far too kind. And now you’ve pointed out the other part about being an artist I would have enjoyed. Crap.
